Measurement Technologies, Inc. was established by three partners with 75 years’ combined experience in the sales, service, and calibration of instrumentation products. It will always be our goal to provide customers with quality products and the support you would expect from a preferred supplier. Covering the Western United States, MTi has exploded onto the scene capturing the coveted “Distributor of Distinction” award in 2007 and 2008 by world-class instrument manufacturer, Ashcroft.
Malama Marketing was founded in 2005 and prides itself on having a full circle approach to business. The company provides ing affordable and effective services that empower growth for their clients and the non-profits they support.
Problem
MTi has achieved record sales growth but the organization was missing out on internet-based sales. Taking credit card orders over the phone further increased the organization’s risk which increases merchant services fees.
Solution
Malama Marketing’s new Merchant Stores, designed by Sys-Cor Technologies, feature a complete pick, pack and ship software package. The easy-to-use software allows merchants and non-profits that currently do not have an eCommerce website to affordably expand into on-line sales. Each of Malama Marketing’s merchant stores works in conjunction with Project Merchants Give BackSM and 25% of each of the merchant services company’s transaction fees are donated to a charity of the merchant’s choice.
Results
MTi is equipped to reduce operating expense while maximizing online. With only one of their many vendor lines, the company estimates a six figure gain of net new revenue by using the online merchant store.
